Engineering the Future of Solar Coatings

REVOLUTIONIZING SOLAR EFFICIENCY

We've redefined solar technology with our groundbreaking AR coating

OUR TECHNOLOGY

Solartriz technology's inception stemmed from groundbreaking research in nano-pore functionalization with hollow structures measuring below 50nm. Our quest was simple yet profound: to create an enduring super-hydrophilic coating, establishing an unbreakable bond with the substrate.

The pivotal moment arrived when we harnessed specially shaped silica particles, as tiny as 5nm and 50nm, infused with hydrophilic groups. This innovation granted our coating sub-50nm surface features, ensuring lasting super hydrophilicity and superior light transmittance—a game-changer in solar technology.

To fortify its prowess, we introduced self-synthesized 5nm doped tin dioxide sol, enhancing long-term antistatic performance and high-temperature resilience. Nano Pt gold acted as a catalyst, elevating chemical resistance and post-curing hardness to offer the ultimate PV protection.

INNOVATION UNVEILLED

Illuminating Solar Excellence

In the vast landscape of AR coatings, the solar industry often leans on single-layer hydrophobic porous silica coatings, primarily driven by the need for reliability and cost-effectiveness. These coatings typically deliver a modest 2% to 2.5% increase in peak power—a standard approach that meets industry requirements.

However, when it comes to anti-reflective gain, Solartriz emerges as the leader. The chart below unveils the optical gain, revealing the pure percentage increase in solar photons passing through the glass—an accurate measure of the expected boost in module current. Solartriz's coating prowess shines, achieving an impressive up to 2.8% solar-weighted photon gain across the spectrum of 350-800nm.

Light Transmission

Solar panels endure constant exposure to the elements, often facing abrasive forces that can jeopardize their efficiency. Traditional AR coatings may offer initial improvements in light transmission, but their long-term performance can be compromised, particularly in extremely challenging environments, these coatings can degrade exponentially.

Solartriz's coating technology not only excels in abrasion resistance but also defies the typical degradation associated with traditional AR coatings. Even after enduring 1000x and 10000x rubbing (equivalent to 25year life)—a test that simulates the harshest real-world conditions—Solartriz remains unyielding.

Unyielding Strength

Abrasion Resistance

Solartriz's secret weapon lies in its self-synthesized 5nm doped tin dioxide sol—a powerhouse with free electrons and impressively low electrical impedance (surface resistance measuring 10^7-9Ωcm). This unique composition makes it an unattractive host for dust and airborne particles, actively resisting their intrusion.

Solartriz's anti-static surface sets a new standard in anti-soiling, creating an impenetrable barrier against wind-borne dirt. Dust may briefly land, but it's swiftly carried away by the wind. In regions favoring solar arrays, where rain is rare but wind abundant, Solartriz thrives. It embraces the relentless wind, ensuring your panels stay clean and productive

Traditional AR coatings are hydrophobic, meaning they create a non-stick surface. However, this approach has limitations. Rain alone cannot completely cleanse the surface; it leaves behind a stubborn layer of dirt that requires physical scrubbing for removal. This residual layer becomes a magnet for new soiling, leading to quick re-accumulation.

Solartriz boasts a super-hydrophilic (water-loving) property that transforms solar panel cleaning. Dirt no longer clings tenaciously to the glass surface. Instead, it readily detaches as the hydrophilic surface efficiently sheds water. The result? Your glass is returned to a nearly factory-fresh condition, effortlessly and naturally.
