ZCP0024 HydroCoat Anti-Reflective & Anti Soiling Coating (Hydrophilic)
The next-generation nano coating from SolarTriz, designed to enhance and protect photovoltaic surfaces. ZCP0024 is a single-component, ambient cured, anti-soiling, anti-fouling coating that leverages advanced hollow nano-silica technology to create a fine microstructure of 50-100nm on surfaces.
This ultra-thin coating features an initial water contact angle of less than 10°, maintaining optimal hydrophilic properties with a long-term angle of less than 25°. ZCP0024 effectively prevents static electricity build-ups, minimizing dust adhesion. Any accumulated dust is effortlessly washed away with water, keeping photovoltaic glass surfaces clean and transparent.
Crafted from pure inorganic materials, ZCP0024 offers superior weather resistance and durability, reducing efficiency degradation in crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and boosting the average power generation by 3-5%.

ZCP0046 HydroCoat Anti-Reflective & Anti-Soiling Coating (Hydrophobic)
The ultimate high-transparency nano-coating designed for extreme environments. Developed by SolarTriz, ZCP0046 is a single-component, ambient cured coating specifically engineered to protect photovoltaic panels in regions prone to oily contaminants, like steel or cement plant or in the desert.
Harnessing advanced hollow nano-silica, anti-static, and hydrophobic technologies, ZCP0046 creates an ultra-thin, durable coating with a microstructure of less than 50nm and a hydrophobic angle greater than 110°. This innovative coating forms a robust barrier that resists weathering, wear and dust accumulation.
ZCP0046 not only prevents static electricity from attracting dust but also enables surfaces to self-clean with exposure to water or wind. By maintaining optimal light transmission and cleanliness, ZCP0046 boosts the average power generation of photovoltaic modules by over 5%

EcoPrime 91 Solar Panel Glass Cleaner
ECO PRIME 91 is a special multifunctional glass cleaner developed by SolarTriz for solar PV panel. Its main ingredients include environmental friendly non-ionic surfactants, specially blended non-oxidizing organic acids, corrosion inhibitors, water, and other key ingredients. It effectively removes dust, bird droppings, oil stains, and residual anti-reflective coatings from the surface of photovoltaic glass while protecting steel and aluminium from corrosion in acidic environments. When sprayed on the glass substrate surface, it quickly penetrates the dirt, decomposing stubborn stains, grime, oxidation films, and particularly inorganic dirt that cannot be removed by alkaline cleaners, restoring the original lustre of the substrate and making it clean like new condition. The high concentration formula can be diluted with water at ratios from 1:1 to 1:10 depending on the actual application scenario, with a maximum recommended dilution ratio of no more than 10 times.
